On April 1, 2026, an indecent exposure occurred at the Kohl’s at 11331 Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield County. A Black male suspect was seen making obscene gestures and exposing himself while approaching numerous females inside of the Kohl’s changing rooms. This same suspect had a similar incident at the Kohl's in Chester. He was last seen wearing a black hat, face mask, and shirt with gray pajama bottoms.
