On April 30, 2026, a robbery occurred at the Dollar General at 11640 Route 1 in Chesterfield County. A Black male suspect entered the business, brandished an unknown black object and assaulted two employees. The suspect then took money from the register and a set of store keys from one of the employees. He was last seen leaving the area on foot and heading towards Route 1 and Osborne Road.
