Counterfeit Fraud at the Food Lion in Colonial Heights

On July 27, 2025, a fraud occurred at the Food Lion at 11 Dunlop Village in Colonial Heights. A Black male suspect entered the Food Lion around 7:05 p.m. and purchased two gift cards using four counterfeit $100 bills. The suspect was last seen wearing a button-up white shirt, pink shorts and a navy blue ball cap.
