Hancock Village Larceny & Fraud

On March 23, 2025, a larceny occurred at the Longhorn Steakhouse at Hancock Village in Chesterfield County. The suspects stole the victim’s wallet from her purse while she was dining and later used her credit cards to make purchases at multiple locations. The suspects were able to complete over $14,000 in fraudulent transactions using the stolen credit cards. The first suspect is a Black male who was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black pants. The second suspect is a Black female who was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray pants, a black jacket and a baseball cap.
