On Aug. 14, 2024, the victim’s credit cards were stolen from their vehicle at Pocahontas State Park in Chesterfield County. Shortly afterwards, the credit cards were fraudulently used at various locations within Chesterfield County, including Best Buy and Target. The suspect successfully made over $3,000 in purchases while additional attempts were declined. The suspect is described as a white male wearing a black-and-blue hat, glasses, a T-shirt, shorts, and black-and-white sneakers.
