On Sept. 26, 2023, a larceny from auto occurred in the 5600 block of Belmont Road in Chesterfield County. The victim's unlocked vehicle was entered, and several credit cards were stolen. Later, a Black male suspect was seen on surveillance using the credit cards to conduct fraudulent transactions at the 7-Eleven on Belmont Road. The suspect was wearing a white T-shirt, black shorts, and black shoes, and he left the scene in a dark-colored Nissan SUV with no front license plate.
