Credit Card Theft and Fraud

On Feb. 15, 2024, a credit card theft occurred in Pocahontas State Park in Chesterfield County. The victim’s vehicle sustained damage to its side door lock cylinder and two credit cards were stolen from inside. At about 2:55 p.m. on the same day, two suspects were seen using the stolen credit cards at the Commonwealth Center Parkway Target. The first suspect is described as a white male wearing a red-and-blue baseball cap, a Nike sweatshirt, and sweatpants. The second suspect is described as a white male wearing a green sweater, blue jeans, and a camouflage baseball cap with an American flag on the front.
