On April 30, 2023, a Black male suspect selected several tool items at the Walmart at 12000 Iron Bridge Plaza in Chesterfield County and attempted to conduct a fraudulent return. When the suspect’s transaction was denied, he then exited the store with the unpaid merchandise. The suspect returned to the store on May 1, selected more tools and attempted to conduct another fraudulent return at customer service. When the suspect was asked for ID, he abandoned the product and exited the store.
