On March 23, 2023, two Black female suspects entered the Kohl’s/Sephora at 4701 Commonwealth Center Parkway in Chesterfield County and filled two baskets with fragrances and beauty supplies. The female suspects, who appeared to be 20-25 years of age, then exited the store without paying for the merchandise, which was valued at $1,000. Once outside, the suspects ran across the parking lot to a light-colored SUV and drove away from the store.
