On Dec. 7, 2022, a grand larceny occurred at the Best Buy at 725 Southpark Boulevard in Colonial Heights. Two Black male suspects entered the store and requested four MacBooks and an iPad, which together were valued at over $11,000. Once the employee turned away, one of the suspects grabbed all items from the counter and walked directly out of the store passing all points of sale. The suspects disregarded the manager who tried to stop them at the exit and left the area in a newer-model, black GMC SUV.
