On the evening of June 3, 2022, Taborri Carter was shot and Killed at a high school graduation party in the 10900 block of Stepney Road in the Mineola Subdivision in Chesterfield County. A group of Black males wearing masks approached the intersection of Stepney and Weybridge roads and started shooting at a second group of males. Detectives are looking for any information on the masked males and information on any people who were involved in the altercation. The masked males are believed to have left the scene in a black Hyundai sedan.
