On Sunday, Feb. 26, 1995, around 6:35 a.m., officers responded to 3401 Courthouse Road for an unresponsive male in the road at Rockwood Park. Once on scene, officers determined the man had been shot. Officers later identified the victim as 41-year-old Manuel Antonio Jimenez. Manuel was pronounced dead at the scene.
