On Aug. 6, 2022, at approximately 6:54 p.m., an elderly female was checking out at JCPenney in the City of Colonial Heights. While she was checking out, an unknown male suspect removed her wallet from her purse. On the same day, the victim's credit cards were used a total of eight times in three separate jurisdictions by two different suspects who obtained over $5,800 dollars in gift cards and other items. Suspect one is described as a Hispanic male, clean shaven, with short hair, and suspect two is described as a Hispanic male with a goatee and sideburns.
