On Jan. 20, 2021, around 3:40 p.m., a male suspect asked the clerk at the Family Dollar at 1604 Boulevard in Colonial Heights to load a large amount of cash on a Chime card. Once the money was loaded, the suspect took the card and left the store without paying. He is described as a Black male with facial hair and long, dark hair pulled back into a ponytail. He was wearing a dark-colored jacket with white stripes on the sleeves.
