CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – On July 11, 2017, the man pictured here stole three cartons of Newport Cigarettes from Wawa and is the suspect in the assault of a Dollar General manager. Why did he assault the Dollar General manager? He and three friends got caught stealing laundry detergent!
