Larceny from auto/Credit Card Fraud

During the month of June, several victims had their car windows smashed during daylight hours while they were at the gym or parks in Chesterfield County. The victims' credit cards were stolen and used shortly afterwards at several businesses throughout the county to make purchases of $500 or $1,000 gift cards. The first suspect is described as a Black male with athletic build; he was wearing red shoes and covering his face with a surgical mask. The second suspect, who is described as a heavier-set Black male, is seen purchasing the gift cards on surveillance footage.
