On May 17, 2019, an unknown male suspect approached a female in the 1200 block of the Boulevard in Colonial Heights. The suspect engaged the female in conversation, assaulted her, and then fled the area on foot. Police were able to create a sketch of the suspect. He is described as a white male in his mid-to-late 20s. He is approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall with a thin build and dark brown eyes.
